Located on top of a small hill, set in beautiful unspoiled Tuscan countryside and within walking distance from the charming medieval town of Lucignano, this beautiful, private villa and swimming pool commands amazing views from its terraces and gardens stretching all the way across the Val Di Chiana taking in Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona. The Villa has recently undergone total renovation, furnished in very good classic Tuscan taste and yet offering every modern comfort, available Wi-Fi high speed connection.
One enters the house from the terrace into a large open room that has the kitchen and dining room and at the other end a sitting area with fireplace. The kitchen contains a stove, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. Also on this floor are two bedrooms and two Travertine marble bathrooms with heated towel racks. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, both with in-suite bathrooms and one with a lovely balcony.
